Echo Lake is a relatively quiet lake with few motorized boats. We provide a canoe,  rowboat, paddle boat, and two kayaks at no additional charge. (Guests are expected to share.)

White Birch Lodge has been a favorite fishing location for decades. The locals know that when the fry enter the lake from the adjacent stream and the hex hatch in early June, the larger lake fish arrive to feast. Spring and fall bring fishermen and golfers, each finding ample opportunities in the area to enjoy their sport at reasonable prices and with no crowds.

All guests are to share a dock and raft on-premises.

Fall foliage attracts many visitors in September and early October; the reflection of mountain colors on the surface of the lake is breathtaking.
